YOUR VERY FIRST BURN: The first burn should last between 3-4 hours to allow the wax to burn evenly to the edges and this prevents tunnelling of the wax! WICK MAINTENANCE: For a clean, safe burn before each use the wick should be trimmed to 3mm-5mm. You can use scissors, wick trimmer or nail clippers.

For a safe, clean burn every time ensure the candle wick is between 3mm-5mm in length. To cut the wick you can use a wick trimmer, scissors or nail clippers.

It's time for a new candle! Do not burn your candle all the way through - discontinue use when there is 1.5cm of wax remaining. To remove the remaining wax, add boiling water to the candle jar. This will result in the wax melting and solidifying at the top allowing for easier removal. Wash jar for re-use or recycle :)
