RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that due to the specific nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds for used candles.

 

However, if your product arrives damaged during transit, we're more than willing to either replace or refund it. Please reach out to us at ritual.candlestudio@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide proof of damage.

For returns on full-priced items, we offer Store Credit, which is valid for 12 months and can be used for any online purchase. Please adhere to the following policy when returning items:

OUR RETURN POLICY:

1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase as indicated on your order. Returns received after this period will be declined.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and without any signs of use, such as burnt candles or stains.

3. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased with a credit note, sale items, or gift cards.

4. Store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other offers.

5. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot be held liable for lost parcels without a tracking number.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the above criteria, we may need to send it back to you, incurring additional costs.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please ensure that orders are returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ritual.candlestudio@outlook.com with the details of the items you wish to return. Your subject line should include 'RETURN' followed by your order number.

Please note the following important information:

- It may take between 2-5 days for the parcel to reach our facility.
- Once received, returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
- Upon inspection of the returned item/s, we will issue you with store credit.
- When using store credit for a new purchase, it will not cover the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for covering new shipping costs.
